a lot. I love the hot weather and driving with the sunroof and windows open. I love laying on the beach soaking up the sun. But I was just thinking about it, the fall might be my favorite season. I really enjoy when it starts to get cool, wearing jeans everywhere and how beautiful the leaves all get as the season is changing. But then the winter’s cool too (no pun intended.) I love the cold. Wearing a sock hat. Even the snow can be beautiful, at first anyway, before it’s all brown mush on the sides of the streets. But then spring.. Spring is incredible - so much life just beginning and the promise of the warm summer coming up. Plus, as much as I enjoy the winter, by the time it is over I am ready for it to end. And the spring is such a pleasant reminder that it isn’t always going to be so cold.

…that the earth rotates around the sun far too quickly. I can deal with winters - and sure I wanted it to be over when spring came, but the summer just hasn’t lasted long enough. I think I’d be able to take longer winters in exchange for longer summers.

Now to determine a surefire way to alter the earth’s rotation rate.

Or maybe I should just move somewhere warmer. That might be more practical.
