Back In Black

by crazyskills on Sep.19, 2008, under announcement

Well - interesting times here in the grand midwest. Our electricity was turned back on yesterday after 4 days of what the local papers call the great blackout of 2008. Of course, crazyskills.com was still accessible (by those who still had power) but certain other functions of the crazyskills republic were unavailable. It was interesting. So this scientist built a 17-mile-long tunnel, within which he plans on Wednesday to smash sub-atomic particles together at the speed of light.  I don’t know about you, but it sounds like a bad idea to me.

A cool pictorial look at the process of creating vinyls.  I have never seen the process described so well.

“No trip to the South would be complete without a visit to Nashville, Tenn. With that in mind, CNET News.com reporter Daniel Terdiman stopped in Music City during Road Trip 2008 with an eye toward finding noteworthy music-related sights.”

Take a look!
